Mellom
Developed in collaboration with the renowned architects Snøhetta, Mellom will comprise approximately 50,000 sqm space for innovation.
Upside Stories
A new part of Uppsala’s central business district, made for companies in Life Science and Tech.
Campus F
CampusF will become a new creative and innovative hub where start-ups and established life science companies can grow side by side. In addition we also build 80 apartments.
Loop Garden
Garden is a natural extension of The Loop and part of the evolving Science Village – a vibrant district where work, research, and everyday life connect. With a clear identity and sustainable design, it offers flexible spaces for future tenants.
Loop Bridge
Bridge enhances The Loop with public elements and a prime location by the tram stop. It forms a clear connection to Nanolab, strengthening accessibility and cohesion across Science Village.
