Vectura Q3 Summary 2026
We have started of the fall in the best possible way. From the signed lease agreement with Saab and our launch of the Active part of GoCo Active Lab,to our first events in our new innovation arena in The Floor at Nāst Innovation Destination and a fully leased Pavia in Hagastaden! Below you find some of the highlights from Vectura and our destinations:
Pavia fully leased
During the summer period we found our final puzzle piece for Pavia - a second and final tenant for the building in Hagastaden. The tenants will begin moving in in April 2027.
Launch of GoCo Active Lab
In August wel launched the active spaces at GoCo Active Lab. The building and its facilities are built on a clear ambition: to create a place where movement, health, innovation and collaboration come together. Thek investor and Hockey-legend, Henrik Lundqvist, Minister of Healthcare Elisabet Lann, creators of the facility among other important stakeholders gathered to cut the ribbon at the inauguration of this fantastic addition to GoCo Health Innovation.
Saab Lease Agreement
A major milestone for Vectura – and our first establishment in Jönköping!
In September we announced that Vecturas has signed a lease agreement with Saab to develop a new facility of just over 80,000 sqm for long-term ownership.
The project will be carried out in close collaboration with Saab and the Municipality of Jönköping. As part of the transaction, Fastighets AB Balder will acquire a minority stake in the project upon completion.
The Floor had its first event
Polestar had its first exclusive event at The Floor, our new innovation arena at Hill House. With 300+ guests and a complete overnight transformation we ran the event smoothly and according to plan, showcasing just how flexible the venue is.
The Loop Event on Innovation Ecosystem
The Loop hosted a lunch semiar where we explored how companies in Skåne and across Sweden can grow nationally and internationally amid geopolitical change. Camurus and Hansa Biopharma discussed partnerships, licensing and the conditions needed for international expansion. Lund University Vice-Chancellor Erik Renström and SMILE CEO Ulrika Ringdahl then shared their perspectives on building a competitive innovation ecosystem.
Successful Events with AstraZeneca, Alexion, AbbVie, Amgen, Lif and TLV at Forskaren
Two recent events at Forskaren brought together voices from healthcare, politics and the pharmaceutical sector.
At a panel discussion with AstraZeneca and other industry and public sector representatives, speakers explored how geopolitical change is reshaping the Nordic pharmaceutical landscape. They called for closer Nordic collaboration, shared data and open dialogue to support innovation and patient access.
Successful Events with AstraZeneca, Alexion, AbbVie, Amgen, Lif and TLV at Forskaren
At an election debate hosted by AstraZeneca and Alexion, Minister for Healthcare Elisabet Lann (KD) and Karin Rågsjö (V) discussed the future of Swedish healthcare. Their exchange covered national and regional responsibility, the role of private providers, and more equal access to care and medicines across the country.
Forskaren had its first CEO-Dinner

In the beginning of October Vectura had its first National Ecosystem Dinner, where we brought together leaders from across Sweden’s life science and tech ecosystem at Forskaren. The evening opened with a fireside chat with Christian Cederholm and Jenny Ashman Haquinius, followed by dinner and networking. We exchanged perspectives on how collaboration across sectors and innovation environments can drive future growth and impact.

22/10 - GoCo Active Lab - Lab Launch
Launch of a new building at GoCo Health Innovation City. On the 24th of August we celebrate the opening of the Active part of GoCo Active Lab — a pioneering space for sports medicine, mental health, nutrition and training for both elite athletes and the general public.
